Students took a pledge to preserve the site of archaeological importance

World Heritage Day has been organized under the joint auspices of Chhattisgarh Tourism Board, District Administration and Trips n Trippers in Bhoramdev Temple complex, a place of historical, religious, archaeological and tourism importance of the district. In this event, Chhattisgarh Tourism Board, Pandit Ravi Shankar Shukla University’s Department of Ancient Indian History, Institute of Tourism and Hotel Management, Professors, teachers and students from different government higher secondary schools of Tilda-Nevra, including Alda, presented art, culture and archeology, tourism of Chhattisgarh. Pledged to preserve the places of importance and to spread their fame far and wide. The main purpose of celebrating this day is to create awareness about the importance of historical and cultural sites related to human civilization, their existence, conservation and promotion and their protection.
Under the joint auspices of Chhattisgarh Tourism Board, Trips n Trippers and with the initiative of Managing Director of Chhattisgarh Tourism Board, Anil Kumar Sahu, Heritage Walk n Talk was organized on the occasion of World Heritage Day on April 18, to promote heritage tourism and conserve heritage sites. Performed at Bhoramdev Temple, Kawardha. In this event, on the instruction of Collector Janmejay Mahobe, archaeologist and former teacher honored by the President, Aditya Srivastava, District Public Relations Officer Gulab Dadsena specially participated. Apart from this, speech on World Heritage by Dr. Kamla Ram Bind, Department of Ancient Indian History and Ankit Dewan Tourism and Hotel Management, Department Pandit Ravi Shankar Shukla University, Raipur, Prem Prithvi Pal Levi Lakra, Government Higher Secondary School Alda, Block Tilda, all were presented. 54 participants participated in this event, who were also given momentos and certificates. Everyone resolved to preserve the ancient heritage. Archaeologist Srivastava visited the team Bhoramdev Temple, Mandwa Mahal, Cherki Mahal of archaeological importance in Kabirdham district and gave detailed information about all the archaeological importance sites of the district.
