SS Rajamouli: This technology was established with the aim of giving the audience a cinematic experience

Mumbai: Tollywood director SS Rajamouli made a splash at Annapurna Studios. For the first time in our country, a post-production facility equipped with modern technology Dolby Technology was inaugurated. Dolby-certified post-production facility, which was not available in India till now, has been made available in the film industry. By using this cutting-edge technology in filmmaking, films will be screened to provide a cinematic experience with world-class audio and visual effects. This technology was established with the aim of providing a cinematic experience to the audience. Another special thing about it is that it was also launched at Annapurna Studios in Hyderabad. Speaking on the occasion, director SS Rajamouli said, “During RRR we wanted to upgrade the film to Dolby Vision. But we did not have that technology. For this, we had to go all the way to Germany.

This disappointed me to some extent. I was disappointed that I could not watch my film in Dolby Vision in my own country. But today I am thrilled to see the Dolby Vision grading facility at Annapurna Studios. Another interesting thing here is that by the time my next film releases, there will be many Dolby films all over India. Watching a film in Dolby Vision gives a completely different experience. It takes the story to a whole new level in every frame. I want the audience to enjoy this Dolby facility.” Nagarjuna then added, “We have always been at the forefront of pioneering virtual production. We are happy to set up the first Dolby certified post-production facility in the country. We will try to put Indian cinema on the world map. It is a privilege to set up Dolby at a time when Annapurna Studios is celebrating its 50th year. This is another step towards new innovations with cutting-edge technology.” As part of this event, special footage related to RRR was screened at Annapurna Studios.
