SpaceX is once again preparing to create space history

Science: SpaceX is set to make space history once again. During the upcoming test flight of the Starship Super rocket, SpaceX will use the launch arm of its Starbase in South Texas to launch the first flight of a giant spacecraft known as Super Heavy. stage amplifier

SpaceX is known for its pioneering work in rocket reuse, but it is taking it to the next level. SpaceX founder and CEO Elon Musk said landing the launch vehicle on a launch pad rather than a ship at sea or a specific platform on land will reduce the time needed for inspection and cleaning. He said the chopstick arm is used to lift two elements of Starship, the Super Heavy and the 165-foot (50 m) long upper deck, known as Starship or simply “the ship,” to the launch pad. SpaceX has recently trained its arms for the expanded role, the company explained in a post today (Sept. 20) on X.

In a post sharing four photos from the operation, SpaceX wrote: “Starbase booster tower raised Super Heavy to expected altitude to catch Flight 5.” As the post explained, the upcoming launch will be a 400-foot (122-meter) flight that SpaceX believes will make colonization and other ambitious exploration projects on Mars economically viable.
