Singer Asees Kaur mesmerized the audience at Panipat University.

On the second day of the two-day cultural festival ‘Sangrila 2K26,’ held at Geeta University, Bollywood singer Asees Kaur mesmerized the audience with her melodious voice. Her energetic performance featured a repertoire of superhit songs that kept thousands of students and guests dancing and clapping throughout the evening.
Asees Kaur performed popular tracks such as ‘Raataan Lambiyan,’ ‘Mahi Bolna,’ ‘Makhna,’ ‘Ve Maahiya,’ and ‘Tujhe Kitna Chahne Lage Hum.’ The audience—particularly the students—sang along with her and grooved to the rhythm of the music until late into the night.
During an interaction with the students, the singer shared anecdotes regarding her early struggles and her journey in the music industry. She became emotional while reminiscing about her connection with Panipat, noting that it had been 11 years since she last performed in the city. She remarked that her career had effectively begun with a performance right here, and performing once again at Geeta University had rekindled many cherished memories.
Encouraging the students, she urged them to dream big and work tirelessly to achieve their goals. Her spectacular performance also captivated the university’s international students; participants hailing from 25 different countries were seen dancing with great enthusiasm to the Bollywood tracks, celebrating the vibrant spirit of Indian culture.
The event was inaugurated by S.P. Bansal, Chancellor of the Geeta Group of Institutions, and Chairperson Geeta Bansal. This two-day cultural extravaganza witnessed the participation of thousands of students representing universities and colleges from 25 nations, who showcased their talents across various dance, music, and cultural competitions.
