Signature Global awards Rs 320 crore contract to ACC India

Delhi Delhi. Gurugram-based real estate developer Signature Global, which focuses on realty projects in North India, has appointed ACC India Pvt Ltd for civil, structure and part MEP work for all towers, basements and other ancillary buildings for its residential group housing project in Sector-84, Gurugram, Haryana, located along the fast-developing Dwarka Expressway.

The total contract value has been fixed at Rs 320 crore in the letter of intent (LOI). As per the LOI, the completion period of the project is 27 months from the date of commencement of work and 3 months from the date of complete handover of work. On the announcement of the appointment, Lalit Agarwal, Vice Chairman, Signature Global said, “This will be one of the finest projects we will execute, and a crown jewel in our portfolio. While I cannot share too many details about the project until it is officially launched, I can surely share that it will be spread across four and a half acres and will exhibit architectural brilliance. Also, it will be one of the tallest buildings in the region.”
