Raipur: The worship of Shri Siddhachakra Mahamandal Vidhan Vishwashanti Mahayagya organized under the eight-day Ashtanika festival at Shri Adinath Digambar Jain Bada Mandir Malviya Road concluded on Sunday, March 24, 2024. Trust Committee Chairman Sanjay Jain Nayak and media in-charge Praneet Jain told that according to Jainism, Ashtanika festival has special significance.
Performing rituals etc. on these Ashtanika festivals gives manifold results throughout India on these festivals. Digambar Jain Various types of rituals etc. are organized in the temples by the local committee. In the same sequence, 8-day Shri Siddha Chakra Mahamandal Vidhan and Vishwashanti Mahayagya were organized at Shri Digambar Jain Bada Mandir Malviya Road, which concluded on March 24, 2024 with Vishwashanti Mahayagya. After lighting the fire in the Havan Kundo, offerings of Rishi Mandal, Panch Parmeshthi, twenty-four Tirthankaras, twenty Tirthankaras of Videha region and sixty-four Riddhi mantras were made. Offerings were made by putting ghee, incense, camphor, samidha, gola etc. in the havan kund. The entire temple of Bada Mandir was filled with devotion due to the aroma emanating from the Havan Kund. At the end, the trust committee and executive members honored Vidhancharya Vijay Bhaiya with full devotion. In this grand event, the musician Lata of Omkar Group came from Sagar Madhya Pradesh.
