Showed mother on video call, murdered brother

And told that at around 11.50 pm, information came in the police station assembly that an incident of murder has taken place in house number 440 of Sapphire Green Face/2 Colony… Police immediately reached the spot… It was found that Piyush Jha and Two working youth named Parag Jha have been living on rent for the last one month… His mother comes to that house sometimes.. After the incident, the youth’s mother Shanta Jha and their caretaker Manoj Sahu were present on the spot. Told that, at around 10.30 pm, his elder son Piyush called and told that he had killed his younger brother Parag.. At first he did not like this because Piyush had started drinking a lot.. Then Piyush made a video call. Through this, the scene of the incident was shown to Parag’s bedroom where Parag was seen lying soaked in blood.. Then immediately Shanta Bai Jha and her caretaker Manoj Sahu came to the spot from their Capital Home house.. They saw that their younger son Parag was dead. He was lying under the bed in his bedroom, bleeding, and the elder son Piyush was not there. He had run away somewhere with his jeep.

Then they immediately called the police station and informed about the incident… Police immediately reached the spot and inspected the spot… Forensic team was called to the spot… The search for absconding Piyush started, apart from the police station, the team of ACCU was also arrested. The trace of the accused was also searched..! After a lot of effort, the accused was caught by the police. On interrogating him, he told that he has studied M.Tech, his younger brother has done MBA and both of them work together in the sale and supply of drone cameras..! For many years, his family has been living on rent in Capital Home Saddu. Two years ago, father and grandmother died while living in the same house. For this reason, apart from that house, they had also rented a house in Safyar Green Phase 2. Some of the stuff was shifted and the rest of the stuff was in the house of Capital House itself… When he returned from outside around 10 pm, younger brother Parag was at home and started taunting him about old matters.. Told that I was drunk, probably Parag had also drunk alcohol, the argument between the two escalated, Parag pushed me and then started fighting.

A few days ago, my engagement was broken and I was already going through stress due to stress in work. Due to anger, I kept a country made pistol in the cupboard which my brother had bought from Bihar a year ago. I took it out and fired at Parag, the bullet hit his head and he fell there.. I was shocked and repented. I called my mother and told her that I had killed my brother. She thought it was a joke, then I video called my mother. I did it and demonstrated it.. Mother said, you wait there, I will bring the police right now.. I got scared and ran away in a hurry in my jeep with the pistol, Parag’s two phones, I card, my own phones etc. .

Later, the police caught him in the night itself.. brought him to the police station for questioning. During the investigation, the police recovered two empty shells, a magazine from the spot, a jeep vehicle, a country-made pistol, a magazine, 17 live cartridges from the possession of accused Piyush. Two phones of deceased Parag, his ID card, two phones of the accused etc. have been recovered. The accused has been duly arrested and sent on judicial remand.
