Shock to CG Mahila Congress, veteran leader joins BJP

Jagdalpur. Before the Lok Sabha elections, Bharatiya Janata Party has given a big blow to Congress in Jagdalpur. Mahila Congress city president Sarla Tiwari joined BJP on Sunday.

BJP state president Kiran Singhdev gave primary membership of the party to Sarla Tiwari in the district office. Sarla Tiwari was working as the city president of the women’s wing in Congress as well as the general secretary of the state Mahila Congress.

During this, he said that he has entered after being influenced by the customs and policies of BJP. She told that many works have been done in the interest of women in the Modi government, which impressed her. His religious sentiments were getting hurt while he was in Congress.
