New Delhi: An incident of sexual harassment of girls like that of Badlapur in Maharashtra has come to light in London too. Two minor girls have been sexually harassed on the beach here. In this, not one but a group of beasts sexually harassed the girls. To escape from the accused, the girls had to jump into the sea, only then their lives could be saved. In this case, the UK police took immediate action and arrested one accused. Police officials have appealed to the people present on the beach at the time of the incident to come forward to identify the accused and testify, so that they can be punished. The arrested accused has been released on bail due to lack of evidence.

According to Dorset police officials, the incident took place on August 12 at Bournemouth beach. Two 16-year-old girls were resting on a lilo (floating bed in the sea) here. Meanwhile, a group of men came close to them and allegedly sexually assaulted them. Both the girls were very scared by the sudden incident and to escape from the monsters, they jumped into the sea. At the time of the incident, there was a huge crowd on the beach but no one came forward to help. Somehow, the girls escaped from the accused and reached the seashore and sought help from the nearest police station.

According to the report of The Mirror, police officer Hayley Leach Wilkinson says that a 22-year-old youth has been arrested on charges of sexual assault. However, he got bail easily due to lack of evidence. A spokesperson of the force says that a group of men were involved in the sexual assault of the girls on Bournemouth beach, who are being searched for. The police has publicly appealed to the people present on the beach at the time of the incident to identify the accused and become witnesses so that the accused can be caught and the girls get justice. Leach-Wilkinson further said, “Two other people involved in the incident have also been identified, but we have issued helpline numbers for more information in this regard so that the arrest of other accused can also be ensured as soon as possible.
