Capsicum Chutney Ingredients
Capsicum – 1
Tomato – 3
Garlic cloves – 10 to 12
Red chili – 5 to 6
salt to taste

Oil – 3 tbsp
Mustard seeds – 1 tsp
Cumin – 1 tsp
curry leaves
Asafoetida – 1 tsp
Kashmiri chili powder – 1 tsp

First of all wash tomatoes and capsicum thoroughly. Now roast both these things on the gas.

Now remove the fried part of tomato and capsicum. You can also use a knife to remove it.

Cut both these things and put them in the blender. Add garlic and whole red chillies to it. Add salt to it.

Now blend it. When the thick mixture is ready, take it out in a bowl.

Now heat some oil in a pan. Add asafoetida. Add cumin seeds. Add mustard seeds. Add red chili powder. Enter address.

Fry all these things together. Now add capsicum and tomato mixture. Cook this mixture for some time.
