Sensex fell by more than 600 points
New Delhi: Sensex fell by more than 600 points on Friday due to selling in leading stocks. Sensex is trading at 74,427 points. Sun Pharma is down 3.5 percent. Shares of Sun Pharma fell over 3 per cent on Friday after the company’s Dadra plant received notice of official action from the US FDA. Sun Pharma said the US FDA had conducted the inspection at the company’s Dadra plant from December 4, 2023 to December 15, 2023. “We will work fully with the regulator,” it said. IT stocks including Infosys, Tech Mahindra, HCL Tech also fell by more than 1 percent.
