Tamil Nadu: In preparation for the 2026 assembly elections, Naam Tamilar Katchi (NTK) chief coordinator Seeman released the first list of 100 candidates from the party.
Seeman had already announced that he would present all 234 candidates on a single platform at the Naam Tamilar Katchi conference to be held in Trichy on February 21.
Following this, Seeman released the first list of 100 candidates on Friday. ​​The list includes names such as Idumbavanam Karthik (Vedaranyam), State Coordinator of the Nathak Youth Union; film director M. Kalanjiyam (Aayiram Vilakku); D. Rajesh (Tiruverumbur), President of the Tamil Nadu Jallikattu Rescue Committee; Veerappan’s daughter Vidhyarani (Madurai); and K. Senthilkumar (Tiruvallur), a Nathak news anchor, among others.
