Bilaspur: The South East Central Railway (SECR) has announced the launch of Digital Life Certificate Campaign 3.0, a new initiative aimed at simplifying the process for pensioners to submit their life certificates. Traditionally, pensioners were physically required to visit the bank branch each November to ensure the continuation of their pension. However, this new campaign allows for an online submission of the same, which will save time and effort.This digital initiative is expected to benefit all pensioners, particularly senior pensioners, by providing a secure, convenient, and time-efficient alternative to physical submissions

- Download the “Aadhaar Face RD (Early access) Application: by UIDAI from the Google Play Store. The latest version (currently 0.7.43) is required.
- Install the “Jeevan Pramaan” app from the Google Play Store, ensuring it is updated to version 3.6.3. By using these applications, pensioners can submit their life certificate from home, enjoying a smooth and efficient process without the need for physical visits. This campaign represents SECR’s commitment to enhancing the experience and convenience of its pensioner community.
