Search continues for youth who fell into river from railway bridge, SDRF team is on the spot

Janjgir-Champa. In the district, a person has fallen down from the railway bridge into the Hasdeo river. More than 24 hours have passed since the incident. But till now no trace of him has been found. Divers are looking for him. The SDRF team that reached from Bilaspur is also searching for him. The case is of Champa police station area.

People were taking bath in Hasdeo river. At the same time, he saw that a person had fallen directly into the river from the railway bridge. After seeing this, he immediately informed the police. As soon as the information was received, the police team reached the spot. Then his search was started with the help of local divers. Divers continued to search for him till Friday evening. But he did not know anything. After this the SDRF team was called from Bilaspur. The SDRF also traced the man on Friday. Despite this, he did not know anything. Now the rescue operation has been started again from Saturday morning.

On the other hand, the person who drowned has been identified as Lan Kumar Kewat (50), a resident of Balapur. Relatives told that Lan Kumar was mentally ill. How did he suddenly leave the house and reach the bridge? We have no information about this. The bridge on which this incident took place is built on the Mumbai-Howrah route. At present, the search for the person is going on.
