Scorpio was standing like death, the contractor passing by was killed

Durg. A bike rider died in a tragic accident near the bus stand in Durg. A CCTV footage of this accident has surfaced, in which it is clearly visible that the Scorpio driver suddenly opened the door. Due to this, the bike rider collided with him and fell under the trailer roaring from the side. Due to this he died on the spot.

The deceased has been identified as Hemant Kesariya, resident of Bhilai Camp One. Hemant’s nephew told that he is an engineer in Bhilai Steel Plant. His uncle Hemant Saffron was a contractor. On Sunday he had gone to Sarmdha Industrial Area to make labor payment. From there he was returning home to Bhilai.

In the afternoon, as he was passing by the square near the bus stand, the driver of the Scorpio parked next to him opened the door of the car. Due to this, Hemant’s bike collided with him and he fell under the trailer passing by at the same time. The trailer passed over Hemant. Due to this he died on the spot. People present nearby took him to BM Shah Hospital Bhilai for treatment, where doctors declared him dead. After this the body was kept in the mortuary located at Lal Bahadur Shastri. The body was handed over to the relatives after the PM on Monday. Durg Kotwali police is investigating the matter.
