Satta-patti writer arrested in bus stand

Raigarh. Harvansh Tandon, father Bundram Tandon, aged 52 years, resident of village Telikot, was caught writing Satta-Patti at Hamalpara bus stand by Sub Inspector Sanjay Nag, in-charge of Police Post Kharsia, during town patrolling.

A page written on Satta-Patti, Rs 1,200 in cash for gambling and a dab pen were found in the accused’s possession, which were confiscated. Action has been taken against accused Harvansh Tandon under Section 6 of Chhattisgarh Gambling (Prohibition) Act 2022 at Police Post Kharsia. Outpost Kharsia in-charge sub-inspector Sanjay Nag, head constable Ashok Dewangan and constable Kirti Sidar were involved in the action.
