Satpura fire incident investigation in 3 days: Narottam Mishra

Bhopal (IANS) | The high-level inquiry committee formed to probe the fire that broke out at Satpura Bhavan in Bhopal, the capital of Madhya Pradesh, will submit its inquiry report to the government in three days. Along with this, it has been claimed by the government that the details of the documents which have been burnt are also available in digital form. There was a fire in Satpura Bhawan on Monday afternoon and it has been brought under control, while the government is serious about the matter.

Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan held a big meeting with the officials on Tuesday in this matter. State Home Minister Narottam Mishra said that a high-level inquiry committee has been formed to investigate the fire incident, which will submit its report to the government in three days.

In this incident of fire, the matter of burning of a large amount of documents is coming to the fore and questions are also being raised, answering which Mishra said that the details of the documents which were burnt are available in digital form, yes some more hard work will have to be done. . As far as centrally sponsored schemes are concerned, their data is available from here to Delhi.

Responding to the allegations being leveled by the Congress, he said that the Congress is not there to help in times of calamity, but is trying to find opportunities.

On the other hand, officers led by Additional Chief Secretary, Home Department, Rajesh Rajoura reached Satpura Bhawan and took stock of the entire situation. He got angry on a question of journalists and said that the investigation has not started yet and you people have started talking about estimates.

Bhopal District Magistrate Ashish Singh told that the fire is completely under control, there is heat in some places, it is being reduced, along with documents are being searched in the cupboard. There was no need for helicopters etc. that’s why they didn’t come.
