Sajid Khan sells his Mumbai Juhu apartment for ₹ 6.1 crore
Mumbai: Director Sajid Khan has recently sold his apartment for Rs 6.1 crore, a transaction reviewed by Square Yards reveals. The property is located in Beach House Co-operative Housing Society in Juhu, Mumbai. Located on the western coast of Mumbai, Juhu is known for its luxurious lifestyle and the best real estate. This affluent locality has a beautiful beach and a vibrant atmosphere, with several high-rise buildings offering stunning views of the Arabian Sea. Its proximity to various high-end amenities makes it a preferred destination for celebrities, professionals and businessmen. Khan began his career in entertainment in 1995 as the host of ‘Main Bhi Detective’. He made his directorial debut with ‘Darna Zaroori Hai’ (2006), an anthology film, where he directed a segment. Khan is best known for directing successful films such as the Housefull series, ‘Heyy Babyy’ (2007) and ‘Humshakals’ (2014). He also played the role of a judge in the reality TV show ‘Nach Baliye’. Recently, he participated in ‘Bigg Boss 16’ and finished in 10th place. The apartment sold by Khan has a built-up area of 2,176 sq ft (~202 sq m) and includes a dedicated car parking space of 220 sq ft (~20 sq m). The transaction was registered in June this year with a stamp duty of Rs 36.6 lakh and a registration fee of Rs 30,000.
