Sacked magistrate dies in suspicious condition

Gonda. Radha Tiwari (70), who was a Munsif Magistrate in judicial service, has died in suspicious condition. On Tuesday, his dead body was found lying in a rotten condition in the kitchen of his house. On the information of the cousin of the deceased, the police took the dead body into custody and sent it for postmortem. Police and forensic team are engaged in the investigation of the incident.
Radha Tiwari, a resident of Tari Parwaliya village under Itiyathok police station area, was in judicial service and had been posted as Munsif Magistrate. He was dismissed from judicial service in the year 1998. After being dismissed from service, her mental balance had deteriorated and she had started living somewhat deranged. Presently, she lived alone in her house located at Makarthiganj Bariarpur in Nagar Kotwali area. Radha’s cousin Shanti Swaroop Tiwari said that Radha’s information was not received for the last few days, on which he went to his house on Tuesday to find out about her. Came to the residence at Bariyarpurwa. But seeing foul smell emanating from inside the house, he immediately informed the Nagar Kotwali police.
When the police reached the spot, the dead body of Radha Tiwari was lying in the kitchen made in her house. The dead body was completely decomposed and foul smell was emanating from it. The police took out the dead body and after filling the panchnama sent it for postmortem. Superintendent of Police Akash Tomar said that on the spot, the city police station and forensic police are engaged in the investigation.
