Russian missile attack kills three in Ukraine’s Odessa

Kyiv (IANS) | At least three people were killed and 13 others wounded in a Russian missile attack on the Ukrainian port city of Odessa on Wednesday, officials said. According to a CNN report, Ukraine’s Operational Command South said in a statement that the Russian military fired four cruise missiles from the Black Sea.
According to the command, the death of three people was reported from a warehouse of the retail chain, where seven others were injured.
The remaining six injured were reported elsewhere in the city, where a business centre, an educational institution, a residential complex, restaurants and shops were damaged in the attack, the statement said.
The attack comes after 11 people, including a child, were killed in a missile strike on Tuesday in the central Russian city of Krivy Rih.
