RPF constable raped a female passenger, FIR registered

Manendragarh Chirmiri Bharatpur. A woman reached Manendragarh City Kotwali police station and informed the police about her rape. The woman told that this dirty act was done to her by the RPF constable. On the complaint of the woman, a case of rape has been registered against the accused constable.

According to the information, the accused constable is posted in Manendragarh. The woman alleged that the constable reached her house in Amakheda and raped her. The woman also said in her complaint that the accused RPF constable had threatened her at the railway station for not having a platform ticket. A few days later, he reached her house and raped her.

After the incident, the victim reached the Kotwali police station with her husband and complained against the constable. Police station in-charge Amit Kaushik said that the victim came to the police station and gave a written application. After which a case has been registered against the accused. A crime has been registered against the accused under sections 376, 294, 506 and further action is being taken.
