Road accidents wreak havoc, three tragically killed in Balod and Raigarh.

Balod/Raigarh. In Chhattisgarh, reckless and speeding driving has once again plunged three families into deep sorrow. Three young men tragically lost their lives in separate road accidents in different districts. One accident occurred in Balod district, while two other incidents were reported from Raigarh district. These accidents have once again raised questions about road safety.

Young Man Dies in Collision with Hyva Truck in Balod
The first incident took place in the Arjunda police station area of ​​Balod district. On Monday evening, around 4 PM, a speeding Hyva truck loaded with sand collided with a motorcyclist in front of Nirmal Kirana store in Dau Para on the Rajnandgaon-Balod main road. The collision was so severe that the young man died on the spot. The deceased has been identified as Raja Gauthia (27 years old), a resident of Borghan. Raja’s father, Ramesh Gauthia, is employed as a canal patwari in the Water Resources Department. It is reported that Raja was coming from the direction of Dau Para in Arjunda when the oncoming Hyva truck hit him. After the accident, there was chaos at the scene, and local people immediately informed the police. The police sent the body to the Arjunda Community Health Center, where it will be handed over to the family after the post-mortem. The police are currently searching for the Hyva truck driver and investigating the cause of the accident.
Two Separate Accidents in Raigarh District
The second and third incidents were reported from Raigarh district, where two young men lost their lives in separate road accidents in two different police station areas.

Collision with Unknown Vehicle in Punjipathra Police Station Area
The first incident occurred in the Punjipathra police station area. On Monday night, around 9 PM, an unknown vehicle hit a young man near the substation at Gaurimudi Chowk. The deceased has been identified as Amarnath Dhanwar (28 years old), a resident of Darama village in Saraipali. Amarnath Dhanwar was working as a technician at Nav Durga Fuel Private Limited. He was returning to his village after finishing work at night when an unknown vehicle struck him. Amarnath died on the spot after the collision. The driver of the vehicle fled the scene after the accident. The police have registered a case and started an investigation.
