Rinku Singh engaged to MP Priya Saroj: Jaya Bachchan, Akhilesh Yadav and many others attend the ceremony
Indian cricketer Rinku Singh got engaged to Samajwadi Party MP Priya Saroj today, in Lucknow at The Centrum. The event was private yet star-studded as many famous personalities from the field of sports and politics attended the ceremony.
The couple were seen in white and pink outfits, their smiles reflected on their journey as they step into a new phase of life together.
The venue was decorated with floral and warm lighting. More than 300 guests from the field of sports and politics attended Rinku Singh’s engagement ceremony.
The wedding is set to be on November 18 this year.
Several notable personalities like, Samajwadi Party hief Akhilesh Yadav, MP Dimple Yadav. MP Jaya Bachchan attended the engagement ceremony of Rinku Singh and Priya Saroj.
In an interview with ANI, Priya Saroj’s father, Tufani Saroj said that Rinku and Priya had sought their parents’ permission and both of them are now ready to take their relationship forward.
The engagement ceremony will take place in Lucknow whereas Rinku Singh’s marriage will take place on November 18 at Hotel Taj in Varanasi.
Both side families are gearing up for preparations to host the grand ceremony.
According to the reports, the couple met through one of her father’s friend who is a cricketer. The duo had known each other from some time and announced that they would marry with consent of their families.
