Reena Kapoor on her character transformation in ‘Ashaon Ka Savera’

Mumbai (IANS) | Actress Reena Kapoor, who plays the role of widow Bhavana in the show ‘Ashaon Ka Savera… Dheere Dheere Se’, revealed how her character is going to change according to her looks and nature. From a simple, soft-spoken and non-glamorous look, she will now be seen in a bold and glamorous avatar.

She said: My character as Bhavana, began as a very quiet, sensitive and soft-spoken character who was required to follow the norms of a patriarchal society imposed by her family.

The actress has been a part of TV shows like ‘Shakti – Astitva Ke Ehsaas Ki’, ‘Vishnu Purana’, ‘Jai Ganga Maiya’ and many more. Further talking about her on-screen character and how she is shown struggling in the fictional drama, Reena said: She was often ignored and thrown out of the family only because she is a widow, which The reason she changed and ultimately decided to stand up for herself while giving a powerful message to the audience is that everyone needs to be their own hero because your happiness lies in your own hands.
