The Redmi Pad 2 will launch on June 18, as revealed by an official post by X. The tag on the promotional poster states that the tablet will have Wi-Fi as well as cellular connectivity. We don’t know if the cellular variant will get 4G or 5G support.
Amazon and Flipkart’s microsites state that the Redmi Pad 2 will be launched there. The device will support AI features like Google’s Circle to Search. The tablet will have a bigger screen, bigger battery, and better performance (compared to the Redmi Pad).
The tablet will get a dual-tone finish in blue and grey colours.

The global variant of the Redmi Pad 2 is powered by the MediaTek Helio G100-Ultra SoC. The tablet packs a 9000mAh battery that delivers up to 19 hours of video playback on a full charge.
The tablet sports an 11-inch 2.5K display with a 90Hz refresh rate. The sound system has Dolby Atmos support. The colour of the tablet is Graphite Gray and Mint Green. The device comes with Android 15-based HyperOS 2.0 out-of-the-box.
