Raipur police action in triple talaq case, 2 including engineer arrested

Raipur. Rajdhani Police has arrested a Hyderabad software engineer and his father in the triple talaq case. Adil Bhojani, a software engineer posted in a Singapore company, and his father Amin Bhojani are in the custody of the Mahila Police.

Triple talaq was given in a society meeting and after taking the newly married bride for a tour. A case has been registered in the women’s police station under four sections of the Muslim Women Protection of Marriage Rights Act, including dowry harassment, unnatural acts, molestation.
