Raipur Crime Branch arrests drug kingpin Ayush Agarwal

Raipur. In a major breakthrough, the Crime Branch in Raipur, the capital of Chhattisgarh, has arrested Ayush Agarwal alias Professor, the kingpin of a criminal gang involved in the drug trade. It is alleged that Ayush Agarwal was illegally supplying drugs across the state, including the capital, and was activating his gang again after being released from jail. After complaints of increased supply of drugs in the capital, the Raipur Crime Branch arrested the professor on receiving secret information. Ayush Agarwal had been arrested in this case earlier as well.

But after some time he was released from jail and again became active in the drugs network. Now it is expected that his arrest will curb the drug trade in the state. Raipur Crime Branch officials said that they may make more arrests in this case, as this network was spread to other parts of the state as well. The police have also indicated that strict action will be taken against such gangs so that the drug trade can be eradicated from the root.
