Raipur court gave orders to send gangster Aman Sahu to Jharkhand jail
Raipur. Gangster Aman Sahu, who has been lodged in Raipur jail for two months in the case of firing on the operators of road contract firm PRA, will be sent back to Jharkhand jail. Raipur NIA court has given this instruction to Raipur police today. After this, Raipur police will leave him there under its own protection.
Earlier, on the demand of Raipur police, Jharkhand court had brought Aman Sahu here on a production warrant. In the interrogation that lasted for more than two months, the police has been taking him on its remand several times. And then he was sent to jail on judicial remand. He was produced today. After the hearing in the NIA court, these orders were given to send him back to Jharkhand.
Aman was arrested in the shootout and ransom recovery cases registered in Ganj and Telibandha police stations. Aman Sahu has also been associated with international gangster Lawrence Bishnoi gang. Aman’s associates had carried out the Telibandha shootout in April last. Aman Sao was caught after the arrest and interrogation of his 18 companions in this case. Aman had sought permission to contest the Jharkhand assembly elections while in Raipur jail, but was not granted.
