Raipur: Ambulance got stuck due to Governor’s convoy

Raipur. Traffic was stopped for about 20 minutes on Thursday evening due to the Governor’s convoy at Bhatgaon Chowk, the most trafficked area of the city. Due to this, long queues of vehicles were formed on Bhatgaon Overbridge and Service Road, due to which people had to face a lot of problems. An ambulance also got stuck in this jam.
The ambulance siren kept ringing continuously amidst the crowd, but due to heavy traffic, people could not give way to it even if they wanted to. The ambulance could get way after about 15 minutes of the Governor’s convoy passing from there.
According to the information, Governor Ramen Deka suddenly inspected the Kushabhau Thackeray Journalism University. He had to pass through this route, that is why the police stopped the traffic for him, due to which people had to face a lot of problems.
