Punjab: Rs 1,255 crore approved for road project

Punjab: The Union Road Transport and Highways Ministry has sanctioned Rs 1,255.59 crore for the construction of North Patiala Bypass. Union Minister Nitin Gadkari said the new bypass will complete the ring road around Patiala, significantly reducing traffic congestion in the city.
