Punjab: Political leaders stand behind him

Punjab: Leaders from various parties have extended their support to Jathedar Giani Harpreet Singh after he announced his resignation. Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD) rebel faction, AAP and prominent Sikh personalities visited his residence in Talwandi Sabo to extend their support. Those who extended support to Jathedar include Akali Dal rebel faction leaders Parminder Singh Dhindsa, Gurpratap Singh Wadala and Prem Singh Chandumajra. AAP MLAs Jagroop Singh Gill and Gurpreet Singh Banwali have also extended their support to him.
