Punjab: 1 killed, 2 injured in accident

Punjab: A 28-year-old man died and two others were injured when their car rammed into an electric pole on the Dhuri-Sherpur road at Kaheru village near Dhuri on Monday night. The deceased has been identified as Harvinder Singh (28). The injured Jaspal Singh (27) is being treated at DMC Hospital in Ludhiana, while Farinderjit Singh (27) has been admitted to Civil Hospital Dhuri. They were residents of Kheri Chehlan village here.
