First of all prepare the ingredients mentioned above. Then wash the green gram and boil it and finely chop the onion and tomato. When the gram boils a little, turn off the gas and drain the water and let the gram dry. – Now put green gram in a grinder and grind it finely, then add chopped coriander, flour and boiled potatoes to it. When the mixture is well prepared, take it out in a bowl, after this make kebabs from this mixture and press it into a round shape. Then make the entire mixture in a round shape like kebab. Now heat oil or ghee in a pan and put 3 to 4 kebabs in it and fry them until they turn golden. After a few seconds, turn it over and fry it well on the other side also.
