Pornography video uploading case, accused caught from IP address
Balodabazar-Bhatapara: Taking action in the child pornography case, City Kotwali Police of Balodabazar has arrested an accused resident of Bilaspur. The accused had uploaded pornography video on social media. On receiving a tip from NCRB branch New Delhi, Balodabazar Police took action and arrested the accused. The name of the accused is Radhelal Kewat.
In fact, on receiving a tip from NCRB branch New Delhi of Home Ministry of Government of India, Balodabazar Cyber Police is continuously taking action to arrest and send to jail the accused who upload pornography videos related to children on various social media. Uploading pornography videos / photos related to children in any way through online site or medium is a legal offense. In such an act, action is taken by registering a crime against the concerned accused as per the cyber tipline sent by NCRB branch New Delhi of Home Ministry of Government of India.
In the same sequence, crime number of City Kotwali police station. 728/2024 Section 67 (A), 67 (B) IT Act, on the basis of cyber tipline sent by NCRB branch New Delhi, login IP address of 11. November 2022 at 11.58 UTC was given. The said IP was analyzed by obtaining information from the service provider company, in which the tower location of the login IP was reported to be in the police station City Kotwali area of the suspected mobile holder at the time and incident. On which the crime was registered by the City Kotwali police station and taken into investigation.
In the case, on finding out from the IP address of the accused who uploaded porn videos related to women / children on social media, the video was found to be uploaded by the accused’s mobile number 70493 05026. The process of duly arresting the accused mobile holder Radhelal Kewat age 44 years resident of village Shiv Tekari police station Pachpedi district Bilaspur today and presenting him before the court is being done.
