Police reached the murderers of grandmother and granddaughter, took 4 suspects into custody

Durg. In the case of double murder of grandmother and granddaughter in the district, the police have detained 4 suspects including a middle-aged man. Many angles are coming to light during police interrogation, but till now the killer and the reason have not been clear. Police will reveal the matter soon. The incident took place in Ganiyari village of Pulgaon police station area.

According to the information, on Wednesday night of March 6, Rajbati Sahu (62) and her granddaughter Savita Sahu (17) were sleeping together in the house. His other family members also have houses nearby. Savita studied in 11th class. Meanwhile, both of them were killed by unknown accused by hitting them with an axe. The police first detained a suspect, Bhanu (24), from the same village. There is a cow in Rajwati Sahu’s house. Whose milk they used to sell. A few days ago, when Bhanu reached their house to collect milk, Savita Yadav was alone at home.

During police interrogation, Bhanu told that on the day of the incident he had gone to someone’s engagement with his family. After that he came back and slept at home. On the basis of inquiry, three other people including a middle-aged man, who belong to the family of the deceased, have also been picked up.
