PM Modi to inaugurate Amritsar-Jamnagar Express Highway on July 8

Jaipur (IANS). Union Law Minister and BJP MP Arjun Ram Meghwal said on Friday that Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate the Green Express Highway between Amritsar and Jamnagar in Rajasthan’s Bikaner on July 8.

On this occasion, there will also be a general meeting of the Prime Minister at Naurangdesar near Bikaner.

The Bikaner MP said, the express highway has been built at a cost of over Rs 20,000 crore.

Through this highway, the journey between Amritsar and Jamnagar will be reduced from 23 hours to 12 hours. Five districts of Rajasthan will also be connected by this expressway.

Hotels, toll plazas, petrol pumps and charging centers are also being built in the middle of the highway.
