India: Prime Minister Modi has gone to Nigeria on a state visit. Indians living there gave a warm welcome to Prime Minister Modi. In such a situation, Prime Minister Modi is going to be honored with the country’s highest award after the late Queen Elizabeth of Britain. Prime Minister Narendra Modi is on a foreign tour on an official visit. In that regard, Prime Minister Modi decided to go on a 5-day official visit to the G20 conference in Brazil. In this visit, he planned to visit Nigeria, Brazil, Guyana and other countries, under which Prime Minister Modi has first visited Nigeria. Prime Minister Narendra Modi left for Nigeria from Delhi yesterday. Prime Minister Narendra Modi reached Abuja by plane today on the invitation of Nigerian President Bola Ahmed Dinubu.

He was given a warm welcome at the airport. People of Indian origin gathered there also welcomed him. Similarly, on behalf of Nigeria, Minister Nisam Egenwo Wike gave him a warm welcome. Through this, Modi became the first Prime Minister to visit Nigeria for the first time after 17 years. He met Nigerian President Bola Ahmed Tinubu today and held important talks on bilateral relations and trade and information technology. India and Nigeria have good relations. Since 2007, the relationship between the two countries is getting stronger. Especially 200 companies of India have invested 27 billion US dollars in Nigeria. Thus, it is worth noting here that India is a very important country in the economic development of Nigeria.

Meanwhile, it has been announced that Prime Minister Modi is going to be honored with the highest award of Nigeria. Grand Commander of the Order of the Niger is the highest award of Nigeria. This award was first given to the late British Queen Elizabeth in 1969. This award is given to represent global leadership.

PM Modi is the second foreign celebrity to receive this award after Queen Elizabeth. This is not the first time that PM Modi has been honored with the highest award abroad. He has won many awards before as well. He has received 16 major awards abroad so far and this will be his 17th award. After this, Prime Minister Modi will end his visit to Nigeria today and leave for Brazil. The two-day G20 summit will be held in Rio de Janeiro, the capital of Brazil, tomorrow and the day after. Prime Minister Modi will participate in it. World leaders including US President Biden and Chinese President Xi Jinping will also participate in this conference.

After this, PM Modi will go from Brazil to Guyana. He is scheduled to meet Guyana President Mohammed Irfan Ali on 20 and 21 November. He is going to address the Parliament there. In the last 50 years, no Prime Minister of our country has visited Guyana. Modi, who is going on a tour to Guyana for the first time after 50 years, is going to have the honor of becoming the Prime Minister. After that he returns to our country from Guyana.
