It is a reflection of the aspirations of 140 crore people. The people of the country do not want India to be just a fast-growing economy.
“People want to be the third largest economy. A developed India will guide us to 2047. This budget is like a road to new opportunities. It will fulfill the aspirations of the people and strengthen India’s future. This is a budget that balances capital expenditure and growth,” Modi said.
