Phagwara: Gold bracelet and 20 thousand rupees looted

Phagwara: On the complaint of Vishal Nayyar, generator mechanic from Jalandhar, police on Monday registered a case against two robbers for kidnapping the complainant on Phagwara-Palahai road and snatching cash worth Rs 20,000, two tola gold bracelet and his mobile phone.
The complainant told police that he was going to repair the generator near Santokhpura locality of Phagwara and he had stopped his car on the roadside when two robbers pushed him into the car and fled towards Palahai village. The victim said that the miscreants stopped the car on Palahai road and snatched his belongings and fled leaving him in an unconscious state. Police is investigating the matter.
