People upset due to builder, tension situation in this colony

Bilaspur. Tension has prevailed in Minocha Colony of Uslapur Road, which is one of the most posh colonies of Bilaspur city, for the last three days. Minocha colonists have closed the main gate of Shivam Enclave itself. At the same time, information has been pasted in the garden of the colony to stop the entry of the people of Shivam Enclave.

People troubled by the closure of traffic have made a written complaint to Municipal Corporation Commissioner Kunal Dudawat. Please tell that Shivam Enclave has been constructed recently and there are 51 flats. Whereas Minocha Colony was built in 1980. There are bungalows for 70 people.

Member of Minocha Colony Welfare Society and former Mayor Rajesh Pandey alleges that the builder of Shivam Enclave made 51 flats by passing the map of 48 flats.
