People of Khapri village will get relief from dilapidated roads

Raipur: Villagers along with Panchayat representatives of Gram Panchayat Khapri B under Gunderdehi block of Balod district reached Chief Minister Jandarshan today with their demands and problems. Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai has directed the concerned officials to take immediate action on this.

Sarpanch Janak Bai Sahu told the Chief Minister that the condition of the road reaching Payala from village Iraguda has become very dilapidated, due to which the passersby face a lot of trouble in commuting. The streets of the village are not paved and hence remain muddy during rainy season. She also demanded to build an art stage in the village and make the dependent village Bhothipar an independent Panchayat. The public representatives told that Swami Atmanand School is running in Gunderdehi but due to lack of building, studies are getting disrupted. Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Dev Sai listened to them seriously and said that the problems will be resolved soon. He also assured to fulfill other demands.

The villagers looked excited with the assurance of fulfilling the demands by Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai. He said that the Chief Minister is very sensitive and our demands are being met and we express our gratitude to him for this. On this occasion, Deputy Sarpanch Santat Ram Sahu, Chunnu Ram Sahu, Gopal, Sureet Lal Sukh Nandan Kesh Lata, Mrs. Yog Lata, Mrs. Bharti and all the Panchs were present.
