Peddi set to release on April 30, postponement rumours proved false

Entertainment: Putting an end to speculation, the makers of Ram Charan’s highly anticipated film Peddi have completely dismissed rumors of another postponement. A source close to the team confirmed that the film is scheduled to release on April 30th, and there has been no change to the announced date.

The source clarified, “The release was initially shifted from March 27th to April 30th only to complete major post-production work. The film is now progressing as planned, and reports of further delays are completely baseless.” Speeding up the final phase, Ram Charan has begun dubbing for the film, indicating that Peddi has reached its crucial finishing stage. A behind-the-scenes video shared by the team shows the actor in a rugged avatar, sporting a thick beard and rustic style, fully immersed in delivering high-impact dialogue sequences.

The video also captures a lighthearted moment between Ram Charan and director Buchi Babu Sana, in which Charan teases the director for his unbridled enthusiasm throughout the filming process. Their playful banter showcases the strong creative bond that played a key role in the making of Peddi. Meanwhile, promotional activities are set to intensify. Oscar-winning music director AR Rahman’s second single, Rai Rai Ra Ra Ra, is set to release tomorrow. The first song, Chikiri Chikiri, has already garnered global attention, so expectations for the new track are high.

The source further added, “With dubbing underway, promotions in full swing, and the second single releasing tomorrow, Peddi has reached its most exciting final stage. Anticipation for Ram Charan’s never-before-seen role is growing, making the film one of the biggest mass entertainers of the year.”
