Institute Director D Ajay Singh said that two new robots costing Rs 60 crore will be used for complex surgery of urology and orthopedic patients. This will further improve the quality of medical care in both departments. He said that separate staff (runner) has been allocated for patients coming alone to the hospital. These employees come here alone and help deliver medicines and tests for admitted patients. Dr. Ajay Singh said that as a result of the expanded capacity of AIIMS, 10 thousand 50 thousand patients came to OPD in a year. At the same time, AIIMS Bhopal is connected to 50 Health and Wellness Centers of the state through e-counseling. Based on this, doctors of AIIMS and affiliated centers can discuss the treatment of the patient with each other. Apart from this, AIIMS doctors are treating patients admitted in Satna and Vidisha Medical College through Tele ICU.

200 virtual beds are operational.
