Passenger bus coming from Jabalpur to Damoh met with an accident

Damoh. A passenger bus coming from Jabalpur to Damoh met with an accident near Hathni village of Nohta police station on the Damoh-Jabalpur State Highway. More than 20 passengers were injured when it collided with a container parked on the roadside on Friday night. All were brought to the district hospital with the help of 108 vehicles. As soon as the information was received, Nohta police station and Kotwali police also reached the hospital.

Bus number MP 34 P 0138 of Muskan Company was coming from Jabalpur to Damoh. The bus rammed into the standing container from behind at around 10 pm on Friday night. Two containers were standing on the roadside near Hathni and Chirai Chonch of Nohta police station. As soon as the information was received, the police force including Nohta police station in-charge Vikas Chauhan reached the spot.

The administration had also received information about the bus accident, so a team of doctors was already present in the hospital to treat the injured. More than 20 passengers got injured in this accident and reached the district hospital. The injured have not suffered serious injuries, only two passengers have fractured legs.
