Panipat: Woman raped in exchange for bail for son

Panipat: A case of rape of a woman inside her house has come to light in an area of ​​the city. According to the information, the woman used to work as a labourer. The contractor for whom the victim worked has committed the atrocity. Actually, the woman’s son was caught in a theft case. The contractor arranged for his bail. In return, he reached her house and raped her forcefully and said that he would collect the wages for that work. Meanwhile, the woman’s husband and children came there. They saw all this with their own eyes. The contractor told them that if they told anyone about this, he would get the bail cancelled.

In a complaint given to Sector 13-17 police station, the woman told that she is a resident of a village in the police station area. She works as a daily wage labourer. For the last 8 years, she has been working as a daily wage labourer at the place of Rajkumar contractor, resident of Gangaram Colony. The contractor has a dirty eye on her, he has held her hand many times before.

But he did not take any action when she apologized. The woman told that about 5 months ago her son was caught by the police in a theft case. She told this to Rajkumar contractor. He said that he will get her son released on bail, he doesn’t want any money in return. About 1 month ago Rajkumar got her son released on bail. After this the contractor started coming to her house day and night.

On 27 May around 11 am contractor Rajkumar went to the woman’s house. At that time her husband and children were going out to get the goods for their cart. Then Rajkumar contractor gave them his bike and told them to finish the work comfortably. As soon as they left the woman and Rajkumar were left alone in the house.

Taking advantage Rajkumar caught the woman and started forcing himself on her. He tore all her clothes. When the woman protested against these things the contractor said that he has got her son released on bail, now he will collect all the wages for that work. After this he threw the woman on the ground.

He gagged her mouth and raped her. In the meantime her husband and children came home. Seeing them, Rajkumar quickly put on his clothes and ran away threatening to kill her. He also threatened that if she told anyone about this, he would get her son’s bail cancelled.
