Pallippuram: Missing ‘groom’ found after 6 days of search

Kerala: Vishnujeet, who was missing from Pallippuram, was found safe in Ooty. The Special Investigation Team found him after a 6-day search. Vishnujeet had left home 4 days before his wedding. His phone was switched off since he went missing, which was on on Monday night. He was found after investigation. On the 4th of this month, Vishnujeet left home for Palakkad, saying that he would arrange money for the wedding.

Vishnujeet’s wedding was fixed last Sunday. He had come here after buying a car worth Rs 1 lakh from his friend, when he went missing. Later, the family tried to contact him on the phone several times, but it was switched off. CCTV footage of Vishnujeet arriving at the Palakkad KSRT stand was released. Malappuram SP Shashidhar said that Vishnujeet has been found and is in police custody.
