Owl casually swallows large krait snake alive in whole, watch bone-chilling video

An owl was seen casually swallowing a large krait snake alive in while in a recent video. The bone-chilling clip has gone viral on social media after it was posted by user Nature Is Amazing to X platform (formerly Twitter) through the handle @AMAZINGNATURE.

Posted yesterday afternoon the scaring video has already earned more than 8.8 million views so far.

We can see in the video that an owl has caught a large krait viper snake in its mouth. While the owl has gulped a little bit of the snake by its tail, the rest large part of the living snake’s head side is clearly visible. It is clearly seen that the snake is waving here and there and making effort to become free but all it’s effort are worthless because the owl is gulping the snake gradually.

To everybody’s disbelief, after some time it was seen that the owl swallowed the whole large krait viper when it was very much alive. And the large reptile could not do anything but just became the prey.

Many people are anxious to know whether an owl can swallow a snake or not. However, after watching this bone-chilling video it has been cleared that owls can swallow a large snake alive.

“I’m so glad that we don’t have to eat living snakes for sustenance,” another comment to the post reads.

“This is like the 3rd video I’ve seen of animal eating another full live animal.. looks very uncomfortable,” a fifth commented.

“The snake just accepted its fate just letting themselves get eaten just didn’t bother fighting because it knew it didn’t have a fighting chance,” opined a user in the comment box.
