Opposition leaders are conspiring to topple our government: Hemant Soren
The minister principal of Jharkhand, Hemant Soren, who heads a JMM-Congresso-RJD alliance government in the state, said that the opposition BJP had been trying to unseat his government since its formation on 29 December 2019.
Addressing the 24th day of the formation of the state at Morabadi Ground in Ranchi on Wednesday, Soren said: “In the last two hours of the formation of our government, the leaders of the opposition have been busy conspiring to topple our government. “In December our government will complete four years.”

Soren reflected on the previous BJP governments in the state and said: “During the previous governments, we used to see people dying of hunger due to having rationing carts. By eliminating hundreds of miles of fuel cartridges. However, we intend to provide benefits of rationing cards to approximately 20 lakh additional beneficiaries”.
He also accused the Center of giving a “madrastra” treatment to the states not governed by the BJP.

On Wednesday, Soren and the Governor of Jharkhand, C.P. Radhakrishnan launched the third phase of “Sarkar Aapki Yojana, Aapki Sarkar, Aapke Dwar”.
On the occasion, they inaugurated around 229 projects worth 1.714.44 million rupees and laid the first stones of 677 projects worth 5.328.30 million rupees.
The government launched the investment policy of Jharkhand 2023, the policy of promotion of MIPYMES of Jharkhand 2023, the policy of export of Jharkhand 2023 and the policy of promotion of investments in TI, data centers and BPO of Jharkhand 2023, Abu Awas Yojana (housing scheme for homeless persons in rural areas) and Mukhyamantri Gram Gaadi Yojana (rural housing scheme for homeless persons) scheme of buses.
It distributed financial assistance worth 261 million rupees among 555,652 adolescents for 2023-24 under the framework of Savitri Bai Phule Kishori Samriddhi Yojana.
