OnePlus 16 camera details leak ahead of launch
The OnePlus 16 is expected to make it’s debut soon. Ahead of it’s official release, the device has appeared in leak reports, revealing the camera details.
The latest leak report by Chinese leaker Digital Chat Station has suggested that the OnePlus 16 will feature a 200MP main camera and a 50MP periscope telephoto camera, along with a 50MP ultrawide. However, it clashes with earlier rumours as they had indicated that the device will carry a 50MP main camera and a 200MP periscope telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom.
This has made it difficult for us as we don’t know what to believe looking at all these contradictory leaks.
Reports indicated that OnePlus might still be testing different configurations on different prototypes and all of these are leaking while the company hasn’t decided on a final spec sheet. Anyway, the OnePlus 16 has also been rumored to employ the upcoming Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6 Pro SoC.
It will allegedly have a 6.78-inch LTPO OLED screen made by BOE, with 185Hz refresh rate (which could go up to 240Hz), 1mm symmetrical bezels, and a 9,000 mAh battery with support for 120W wired and 50W wireless charging.
