OnePlus 13 gets latest Android 16 beta update: Users can customise charging limit on their battery

OnePlus has introduced the second Android 16 beta update on the OnePlus 13. The company has mentioned the features that are available in the update but the detail about a special feature was exempted.
Android Authority spotted the feature on unofficial OnePlus System Apps channel on Telegram. OnePlus 13 now offers customisable battery charging limit on the smartphone. This allows users to set the battery charging limit to their liking. Users can set the charging limit between 80% to 100%. That means that users get five options – 80%, 85%, 90%, 95% and 100%. Setting the limit to 100% does not make any sense, so it might be removed later.
In order to reach the settings, you have to run Android 16 beta 2 on OnePlus 13. Then choose Settings Battery and then Battery health. The users need to turn on “Charging limit” toggle and then choose the preferred charging limit.
